We had carefree minds. We had more fun and didn’t think twice about prancing around in a leotard.
Well, this isn’t a fairy tale. This book is going to help you to feel better about yourself regardless of how you spend your day.
I believe that we have had enough of living by other people’s or industry standards. That we don’t need additional pressure to look like super models in order to be “OK”. I believe that looking good and feeling good has nothing to do with numbers: size, age and money.
We may spend our days differently, but we all have the same needs. When we have the information that we need to make choices that suit us, we can look and feel better as we go through our day. This information will help you to do just that without spending a lot of time or becoming self consumed, keeping your priorities in order. My mission is to help you so that you can spend the time on the really important things in your life and feel good in the process.
My models range from 5’3” to 6’2”. They wear sizes from 2 to plus and range in age from 16 to 74 years old. They are not professional models and yet as you look through the pages you will see how magnificent they look.
They, like the rest of us, all feel that it is about time that we stop the judgments and start doing what is right for us. The ladies felt that this message was so important for all women that they were willing to help me with this project, even with the request that I made to have them wear a leotard for the cover shot. To be photographed in a leotard is right up there with wearing a bathing suit. Most of us would rather die first, so their willingness to help as many women as possible is monumental. I am truly grateful to all of them.
